Lippitt Facts
One of the most frequently asked questions about Lippitt Morgans is "what makes a lippitt a lippitt?"  Lippitt Morgans are a bloodline or family within the morgan breed.  Lippitt Morgans are all registered with the American Morgan Horse Association.  The "cornerstone" stallion to the Lippitt line is pictured above - Ethan Allen 2nd 406.  To be considered a pure Lippitt by the Lippitt Morgan Breeders Association or The Lippitt Club, Inc., a Lippitt Morgan must trace back to Lippitt foundation stock on all lines of their pedigrees.

To see if your horse is a Lippitt Morgan, please e-mail your horse's name & registration number to
nabub@vermontel.net.
